What is the course about?
This introduction to chocolate course is for those who are keen to start using chocolate in their baking as well as learning how to make small creations with this incredible ingredient.

What will you learn?

  • How to differentiate between the different chocolates
  • How to temper and work with chocolate
  • Make some chocolate products with different textures and techniques

Main objective: Learn how to use chocolate in different forms and textures

How will we do it?
This course is mainly practical, in which the participants will make the recipes in groups. Our courses are limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

What is included?
Recipe booklet and signed certificate. The participants will take home all creations made on the course.

What should I bring?
Comfortable working clothes. We will provide you with an apron to wear during the course.
