What is the course about?
The gluten-free pastry course is aimed at those who wish to learn how to make gluten-free products, suitable for people with celiac disease. This type of pastry can be as appetizing and greedy as the conventional one if we know the most suitable alternatives.

What will you learn?

  • Discover alternative ingredients for celiacs.
  • Make 5 different gluten free products:
  1. Citric cake
  2. Chocolate sable
  3. Buckwheat biscuits
  4. Olive oil muffin
  5. Raspberry & cream Swiss roll

Main objective: Learn how to make delicious gluten free products without losing texture nor flavour, suitable for celiac.

How will we do it?
This course is mainly practical, in which the participants will make the recipes in groups. Our courses are limited to a maximum of 9 participants.

What is included?
Recipe booklet and signed certificate. The participants will take home all creations made on the course.

What should I bring?
Comfortable working clothes. We will provide you with an apron to wear during the course.
