What is the course about?
This course is for those who want to learn how to make a typical “Coca de San Juan” in both brioche and puff pastry. We will use different fillings and decorations, adding a personal touch to this traditional product.

What will you learn?
Learn how to make 3 different types of “coca”

  1. Brioche with fruit
  2. Puff pastry with pine nuts and crème patisserie
  3. Hazelnut “coca”

Main objective: Learn how to make brioche with fruit and puff pastry with pine nuts and crème patisserie.

How will we do it?
This course is mainly practical, in which the participants will make the recipes in groups. Our courses are limited to a maximum of 9 participants.

What is included?
Recipe booklet and signed certificate. The participants will take home all creations made on the course.

What should I bring?
Comfortable working clothes. We will provide you with an apron to wear during the course.
