We keep growing! Adrianna and Lluc join the instructors’ team Courses

You already know that we try not to keep anything for ourselves and our goal is to share all our knowledge about pastry with you. Therefore, this year we go a step further: we want to share our team too! We are very excited to announce that Adrianna Jaworska and Lluc Dalmau are joining Jordi Bordas in the instructors’ team of the school. They and, of course, everything they have to contribute to the pastry world, which is not little.

Adrianna Jaworska

Adrianna joined the team in 2017 and, since then, she has led the R+D+i department, one of the mainstays of B·Concept and our training philosophy. We wanted to share all her experience joining the fields of science and pastry incorporating her to the team of instructors, complementing Jordi’s theoretical explanations during the B·Concept courses at the School. All those who already have your spot booked, you will have the pleasure of being left speechless when she begins to explain (it still happens to us, although we have known her for a while). As for Lluc, he has been head of production since 2016 in Santacreu (Viladecans), Jordi’s family pastry shop. For more than 3 years he has put the B·Concept method into practice in a real business and, as you can imagine, knows by heart the philosophy of making healthier, lighter and tastier products. His debut as a teacher will be on July 8, with an introductory course to Modern Pastry in which, for three days, you will be able learn to elaborate step by step 8 delicious products from the hand of their creator.
