Nuestra nueva secci\u00f3n en la que descubrir\u00e1s iniciativas apasionantes que apuestan por una pasteler\u00eda diferente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mauricicot\/\">Maurici Cot<\/a>, alumno del <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/curso-online-de-pasteleria-bconcept\/\">Curso de Pasteler\u00eda B\u00b7Concept Online y Extendido<\/a> es fundador de un maravilloso<strong> obrador de pasteler\u00eda sin gluten y sin lactosa<\/strong> en Llinars del Vall\u00e8s, Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras&nbsp;formarse&nbsp;durante siete&nbsp;a\u00f1os en distintas&nbsp;escuelas&nbsp;de cocina y&nbsp;pasteler\u00eda&nbsp;de gran&nbsp;prestigio y haber&nbsp;trabajado en&nbsp;diferentes&nbsp;pasteler\u00edas, hoteles y restaurantes<strong>, ha ganado distintos premios<\/strong> como el de Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica Agroalimentaria, la Fava d\u2019or a la Mejor Pasteler\u00eda adaptada para personas con intolerancias i alergias alimentarias, Mejor Joven Artesano Alimentario Innovador o la Fava de Cacau a las 50 Mejores Pasteler\u00edas de Catalu\u00f1a en dos ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maurici promueve el bienestar f\u00edsico de las personas y apuesta por adaptarse a las necesidades de sus clientes siendo plenamente consciente y sufriendo en primera persona las dificultades que hay para encontrar un <strong>producto sin gluten y sin lactosa, y que sea de calidad y artesano<\/strong>.
