{"id":14077,"date":"2022-10-05T10:30:34","date_gmt":"2022-10-05T08:30:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/?p=14077"},"modified":"2022-12-05T10:58:40","modified_gmt":"2022-12-05T09:58:40","slug":"meet-the-chef-con-ioana-romanescu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/blog\/meet-the-chef-con-ioana-romanescu\/","title":{"rendered":"Meet the Chef con Ioana Romanescu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La segunda entrega de <strong>Meet the Chef <\/strong>llega directamente desde Bucarest, Rumania. <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/ioana_romanescu\/\">Ioana Romanescu<\/a>, alumna del <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/curso-online-de-pasteleria-bconcept\/\">Curso de Pasteler\u00eda B\u00b7Concept Online y Extendido<\/a>, es pastelera, profesora y fundadora de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupcakephilosophy.ro\/\">Cupcake Philosophy<\/a><\/strong>, un proyecto creativo y s\u00faper inspirador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un fuerte sentido de la est\u00e9tica y un alto est\u00e1ndar de calidad que plasma en la ejecuci\u00f3n de sus elaboraciones, le han otorgado varios premios como el reciente <strong>&#8220;Mejor pastelera de Rumania&#8221;<\/strong> del 2022. Adem\u00e1s, Ioana ha sido jueza en programas de televisi\u00f3n, panelista en eventos de la industria hotelera y, lo que m\u00e1s le gusta es impartir <strong>talleres y charlas educativas<\/strong> a profesionales del sector y a ni\u00f1os con los cuales se inspira para seguir creando nuevos productos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras vivir unos a\u00f1os en Canad\u00e1 y quedar fascinada por una peque\u00f1a tienda de reposter\u00eda, Ioana decidi\u00f3 cumplir su sue\u00f1o de convertirse en<strong> chef pastelera<\/strong> creando Cupcake Philosophy. Dej\u00f3 su antiguo trabajo para perseguir su pasi\u00f3n, elaborar postres que despertaran las emociones de las personas y celebraran los momentos m\u00e1s especiales, desde una boda hasta un evento educativo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Ioana, <strong>la primera impresi\u00f3n de un producto<\/strong> es clave, y por ello busca su propia inspiraci\u00f3n en la arquitectura y en la naturaleza, de la cual destaca las texturas y tonalidades de las flores. Algo que nos encanta es que sus pasteles van acordes a cada estacionalidad y utiliza frutas de temporada para beneficiarse tanto de su sabor y frescura, como de su color. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es el ingrediente imprescindible que nunca puede faltar en las elaboraciones de Cupcake Philosophy? Sin duda, \u00a1el coraz\u00f3n! \ud83d\udc9b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#eadacb\"><strong>&#8220;La gente me dice que cuando hablo de mi trabajo se me ilumina la cara. Creo que si no hubiera tenido esa pasi\u00f3n por empezar desde cero, trabajar duro, aprender y ser creativa, no estar\u00eda aqu\u00ed. Creo firmemente que, en nuestro trabajo de pasteler\u00eda, si tu coraz\u00f3n no est\u00e1 ah\u00ed, no puedes tener \u00e9xito&#8221;<\/strong>, asegura Ioana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/curso-online-de-pasteleria-bconcept\/\">Curso de pasteler\u00eda B\u00b7Concept online y extendido<\/a> fue una revelaci\u00f3n para ella, para entender la &#8220;ciencia&#8221; que hay detr\u00e1s de cada receta. Sin duda, ha sabido <strong>proyectar su propio estilo de pasteler\u00eda<\/strong> y estamos fascinados con el resultado.
