Ella es la chef pastelera de <a href=\"https:\/\/instagram.com\/laluciernaga.shop?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=\">La Luci\u00e9rnaga<\/a>, una apuesta de pasteler\u00eda sin gluten y 100% vegetal ubicada en Castelldefels, Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pandemia fue para ella un momento de reflexi\u00f3n y sinti\u00f3 que necesitaba hacer algo diferente, pero sobre todo, tener su propio espacio de trabajo para compartir con los dem\u00e1s los valores que m\u00e1s la definen y su<strong> conciencia por la pasteler\u00eda. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucila apost\u00f3 por el <strong>comercio local y la cercan\u00eda<\/strong>, emprendiendo en su propio pueblo, que se encuentra muy cerca de nuestra escuela. Sin duda, no habr\u00eda sido posible sin la compa\u00f1\u00eda y el apoyo de su marido Gerardo, que trabaja con ella d\u00eda a d\u00eda y forman un gran equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acorde con sus necesidades personales, siguen un modelo sostenible utilizando ingredientes algo m\u00e1s costosos, pero de mayor calidad, y trabajando por encargo para evitar el desperdicio. M\u00e1s tarde, han a\u00f1adido tartas y pasteles enfocados a celebraciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/curso-online-de-pasteleria-bconcept\/\">Curso de pasteler\u00eda B\u00b7Concept online y extendido<\/a> ha sido un descubrimiento para ella, pero sobre todo, una forma de pensar, un m\u00e9todo para desarrollar eso que m\u00e1s le gusta, la pasteler\u00eda. Desde el principio le entusiasm\u00f3 el contenido, volver a estudiar f\u00edsica o qu\u00edmica y llegar a entender todo aquello que m\u00e1s tarde iba a practicar tanto en el curso como en su vida profesional. Es superarse, conocer m\u00e1s un ingrediente, es estar en l\u00ednea con lo que pasa fuera de tu obrador&#8221;<\/strong>, asegura Lucila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, coteja sus propias recetas pensando en los distintos par\u00e1metros del <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/metodo-bconcept-jordi-bordas\/\">m\u00e9todo B\u00b7Concept<\/a>, analizando cu\u00e1l es el extracto seco de una mousse o la grasa de un cremoso.
