Tras haber presentado hace dos a\u00f1os nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/metodo-bconcept-jordi-bordas\/\">m\u00e9todo B\u00b7Concept<\/a> en el auditorio de la misma feria, esta nueva oportunidad nos permiti\u00f3 estar m\u00e1s cerca de vosotros y compartir, durante una hora nuestro m\u00e9todo, pero tambi\u00e9n inquietudes y dudas acerca del futuro de la pasteler\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bf<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eldiario.es\/cultura\/dijo-reposteria-puede-sana-ligera_0_573243595.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Es la pasteler\u00eda del futuro m\u00e1s sana y ligera<\/a>? Ese es nuestro deseo y nuestra apuesta, pero tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s personal. Y la \u00fanica forma de cumplir tales requisitos es que los profesionales seamos capaces de desligarnos de los recetarios que nos encorsetan y seamos capaces de crear nuestras propias recetas. Recetas que respondan a las necesidades de nuestros clientes, pero tambi\u00e9n a nuestros gustos, a nuestros par\u00e1metros y a nuestros est\u00e1ndares de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una periodista nos preguntaba que qu\u00e9 opin\u00e1bamos de los que demonizan el az\u00facar. Nosotros lo tenemos claro: no hay nada bueno ni nada malo de por s\u00ed, la clave est\u00e1 en la conciencia, en el razonamiento que hacemos para <strong>escoger un ingrediente<\/strong> u otro. Porque s\u00ed, amigos y amigas, s\u00ed, podemos escoger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a todos los participantes al taller, fue muy enriquecedor. Tambi\u00e9n queremos agradecer a los organizadores y al staff del F\u00f2rum Gastron\u00f2mic, impecables como siempre.
