Vivea es un espacio situado en el Viladecans Business Park, muy cerca de nuestra aula de formaci\u00f3n. En \u00e9l, su equipo liderado por&nbsp;<strong>Gris Juncadella<\/strong>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/grisjuncadella\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">@grisjuncadella<\/a>) ofrece inspiraci\u00f3n, motivaci\u00f3n, movimiento y salud, a trav\u00e9s de clases de yoga, pilates, respiraci\u00f3n y alimentaci\u00f3n. Los domingos, adem\u00e1s, combinan su oferta de actividades a trav\u00e9s de la experiencia \u201c<strong>Vivea Yoga&amp;Brunch<\/strong>\u201d, una bonita iniciativa que consiste en la realizaci\u00f3n de una sesi\u00f3n de yoga a cargo de Gris y, posteriormente, en la degustaci\u00f3n un delicioso y nutritivo desayuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed pues, el pasado domingo tuvimos la oportunidad de participar en esta experiencia y elaboramos para los asistentes varias recetas muy interesantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"321\" height=\"158\" src=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2020\/12\/vivea-choco.png\" alt=\"vivea-choco\" class=\"wp-image-2306 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2020\/12\/vivea-choco.png 321w, https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2020\/12\/vivea-choco-300x148.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 321px) 100vw, 321px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pastel vegano \u201cBolivia Sauvage\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaborado con un bizcocho esponjoso, un cremoso y un crujiente, todos ellos con chocolate negro salvaje de Bolivia de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.felchlin.com\/en\/product\/cacao-bolivia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Felchlin<\/a>. Desde aqu\u00ed, queremos agradecer a todas las personas de Vivea por haber creado un espacio tan fant\u00e1stico en Viladecans, que promueve el bienestar f\u00edsico y emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agradecer tambi\u00e9n a todos los asistentes al evento, fue un placer conoceros y daros a probar algunas de nuestras elaboraciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un saludo muy especial a la Dra.
