La pasteler\u00eda es mi vida. Me ha hecho cuestionarlo todo, hacerme preguntas y, lo m\u00e1s importante, buscar respuestas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>No hace mucho os contaba <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/blog\/sobre-jordi-hasta-hoy\/\">mis inicios, mi experiencia y c\u00f3mo llegamos a lo que somos hoy<\/a>. Pero, hace tiempo que Jordi Bordas dej\u00e9 de ser solo yo. En Jordi Bordas <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/equipo-de-profesionales\/\">somos un equipo<\/a>, somos <a href=\"https:\/\/jordibordas.com\/fr\/metodo-bconcept-jordi-bordas\/\">un m\u00e9todo<\/a>, somos una forma de pensar y de hacer, con una filosof\u00eda y una visi\u00f3n de la pasteler\u00eda propias.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En Jordi Bordas somos libertad. Libertad de crear tus propias recetas, libertad de escoger, libertad de crear tu propio camino, libertad de descubrir posibilidades y libertad de ver las cosas desde otro punto de vista: el tuyo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La pasteler\u00eda nos permite expresarnos, mostrar nuestra visi\u00f3n y nuestros valores. Nuestra pasteler\u00eda habla de qui\u00e9nes somos, de nuestra historia y del camino que hemos recorrido para poder crearla.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por eso, nos hace mucha ilusi\u00f3n compartir con vosotros este v\u00eddeo. Nos sinceramos, os mostramos qui\u00e9nes somos, sin verg\u00fcenza y sin tapujos. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1, mi visi\u00f3n de la pasteler\u00eda, la pasteler\u00eda de Jordi Bordas. \u00a1Esperamos que lo disfrut\u00e9is tanto como lo hemos hecho nosotros!
