Trabajar bien y r\u00e1pido nos es b\u00e1sico para conseguir los mejores resultados y tenerlos a punto cuando lo necesitamos, por eso tratamos de rodearnos de maquinaria y herramientas que nos ayuden a conseguir este objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, queremos profundizar un poco m\u00e1s sobre la pistola de pasteler\u00eda que usamos, ya que muchas veces hemos recibido preguntas sobre qu\u00e9 modelo es y c\u00f3mo utilizarla. Por supuesto, no pretendemos que cambies la que ya est\u00e9s usando si te da buenos resultados, pero queremos contarte sobre esta por si te resulta \u00fatil, porque a nosotros nos funciona y estamos muy contentos con ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo que \u00edbamos, la pistola que usamos para pintar nuestros entremets y petit g\u00e2teaux es el modelo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sata.com\/index.php?id=satajet1000brp&amp;L=2#ad-image-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SATAjet\u00ae 1000 B RP\u00ae<\/a>. La fabrica la empresa alemana Sata que, curiosamente, est\u00e1 especializada en pistolas barnizadoras, filtros de aire a presi\u00f3n y sistemas de protecci\u00f3n respiratoria para la industria del autom\u00f3vil y la madera, pero no en pistolas de pasteler\u00eda o pistolas para chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, ahora llega la gran pregunta. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 usamos precisamente esta? \u00a1Muy sencillo! En primer lugar, porque cuenta con una boquilla suficientemente grande (<strong>Jet 1000 B 3.0 RP<\/strong>) para permitirnos pulverizar&nbsp;<strong>preparaciones densas como un glaseado a 80\u00baC o cobertura fundida<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, dispone de<strong>&nbsp;tres controles<\/strong>&nbsp;diferentes que permiten variar la cantidad y la forma en que pulverizamos: el control de&nbsp;<strong>pulverizado redondo o plano<\/strong>, el control de&nbsp;<strong>flujo de producto<\/strong>&nbsp;y el control del&nbsp;<strong>flujo de aire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, hay que decir que llevamos trabajando con ella 8 a\u00f1os, y en todo este tiempo no nos ha dado ning\u00fan problema.
