Ayuda a mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea; tambi\u00e9n aumenta nuestros niveles de dopamina y, en consecuencia, nuestra concentraci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Az\u00facar de coco:&nbsp;<\/strong>az\u00facar no refinado con un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico bajo\/medio (entre 35-54*) y una peque\u00f1a cantidad de fibra, minerales y vitaminas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aceite de coco\/leche de coco:&nbsp;<\/strong>la grasa de coco contiene una cantidad importante de \u00e1cidos grasos l\u00e1uricos y capr\u00edlicos que, gracias a sus propiedades anti f\u00fangicas, nos ayudan a regular nuestra microbiota intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*El \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico (IG) del az\u00facar de coco es de 35 seg\u00fan la Philippine Coconut Authority y esa medida es indicadora de un alimento con bajo \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico. Si sale manchado, hornear unos minutos m\u00e1s hasta que salga perfectamente limpio.
