Tambi\u00e9n a\u00f1adimos <strong>grasas monoinsaturadas y poliinsaturadas<\/strong> procedentes del <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong>, los <strong>frutos secos<\/strong> y las <strong>semillas<\/strong>. Estas nos ayudan a absorber vitaminas indispensables como las K, E, D y A; a promover una buena regulaci\u00f3n del peso; a proteger al coraz\u00f3n y el resto de organismo de un envejecimiento acelerado y a mejorar nuestras funciones hormonales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aumentamos la cantidad de <strong>fibra<\/strong> presente en las recetas incorporando, por ejemplo, <strong>fibra soluble de ra\u00edz de achicoria <\/strong>(inulina), que tambi\u00e9n es un carbohidrato complejo.
