Ver\u00e1s, las texturas que encontramos en las elaboraciones (mousses, cremosos, gelificados, bizcochos&#8230;) est\u00e1n construidas gracias a los enlaces formados por las mol\u00e9culas de los ingredientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Como ves, en la&nbsp;<strong>Escuela de pasteler\u00eda Jordi Bordas<\/strong>&nbsp;entendemos el mundo dulce como un arte, pero tambi\u00e9n como una ciencia&nbsp;tan precisa como la propia qu\u00edmica.
