12. Coco&Carrot cake

Our healthier and gluten free version of a traditional carrot cake. Our Coco&Carrot cake is composed of a light and tender vegan sponge cake, a coconut milk and carrot creamy in which we reduced added sugars, and a shiny and colorful carrot glaze.
