3.3. Hiring Process
To enroll in any of the courses offered, click on the button provided for that purpose on each sales page. You will then be automatically redirected to the registration form, where you will need to provide your personal information and pay for the course using one of the available payment methods (credit card via the Stripe payment gateway or bank transfer using the details provided on the final page of the payment gateway).
Once the process has been successfully completed, the system will send you an email within 24 hours confirming your purchase.
A few days before the start date, you will be provided with the information you need to begin the course.
If you purchase an instant-access course, you'll be able to access the content once payment has been processed and you log in to your personal account (using the "ACCESS" button in the upper-right corner of the website).
3.4. Payment Methods
Courses can be paid in full or in installments, as specified on each sales page. Additionally, depending on the course start date, the payment deadlines will be adjusted to ensure full payment for the course.

3.6. Intellectual Property
JORDI BORDAS is the rightful owner of all intellectual property rights to the courses and content offered (including, but not limited to: images, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos; color schemes; structure and design; selection of materials used; applications necessary for their operation, access, and use; etc.).
The reproduction, distribution, public communication (including making the content available to the public), and adaptation of all or part of the courses and/or content, in any format and by any technical means, as well as any form of exploitation thereof, is expressly prohibited without the express written authorization of JORDI BORDAS.
It is also expressly prohibited to remove, alter, circumvent, or tamper with any protective device or security system installed on the JORDI BORDAS website.
For greater clarity, it is understood that practices such as reselling courses or purchasing a course for the purpose of providing access to third parties are expressly prohibited and will constitute grounds for termination of the license agreement for the use of the Content, without the right to a refund of any amounts paid and without prejudice to JORDI BORDAS’s right to take appropriate legal action to defend its legitimate interests.
It is hereby noted that a violation of the aforementioned prohibitions may even constitute a crime against intellectual property as defined in Article 270 of the Penal Code, which carries penalties that may include imprisonment.
3.7. License Agreement
Enrolling in any of the courses grants you a non-exclusive, temporary, individual, personal, and non-transferable license to use the course, in exchange for a specific fee that is publicly listed on the Website.
You must purchase as many user licenses as there are users who will be accessing the course.
JORDI BORDAS reserves the right to revoke access to the service, without refunding any amounts paid, in the event that access is provided to third parties other than the contracting party, without prejudice to JORDI BORDAS’s right to claim compensation for any damages.
It is therefore expressly prohibited to use the courses for any purpose other than your own education, and you are solely responsible for any inappropriate or unlawful use you may make of them.
3.8. Liability
JORDI BORDAS cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in accessing the Website or its Content. However, it is firmly committed to taking all necessary steps to restore or remedy such issues as soon as it becomes aware of them, unless circumstances arise that make it impossible or difficult to do so.
It is expressly noted that the Content consists of advice, recommendations, or suggestions from professionals and/or users based on their own experience; under no circumstances is a specific result guaranteed from applying the methods contained in the courses offered.
3.9. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is the right granted to consumers and users under consumer protection regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and Users—TRLDCYU) to rescind a distance contract, within 14 days of the date of the contract, without having to provide any explanation, and with the right to a refund of the amounts paid.
However, these regulations establish exceptions to that right of withdrawal; specifically, Article 103(m) of the TRLGDCYU provides that the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, who is aware that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
Therefore, by accepting these terms and conditions, if you have enrolled in any of JORDI BORDAS’s courses,you expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the moment you begin accessing the digital content made available to you, and in such a case, JORDI BORDAS shall not be obligated to refund any amounts paid in connection with your enrollment in the course in question.
Without prejudice to the loss of the right of withdrawal as provided above, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date the service in question was contracted.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: Toexercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a message sent by email or regular mail).

JORDI BORDAS allows you to cancel your entire order or part of it at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated via email to info@jordibordas.com before the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier. In this case, cancellation will no longer be possible, so the Customer must wait to receive the order and, if desired, return it.
The deadline for making a return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package. The Customer must notify us via email at info@jordibordas.com within this period of their intention to make a return, as stipulated by the right to cancel the contract.
The Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise and will bear the shipping costs associated with the return. Any unwanted products that the Customer wishes to return must be sent to JORDI BORDAS unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered, with the original packaging and/or seal intact, along with all included accessories or promotional gifts. Once received, the items will be inspected; if the returned goods have not been damaged or depreciated, a full refund for the returned goods will be processed.
If the Customer receives a product other than the one ordered due to an error on the part of JORDI BORDAS, we are committed to delivering the correct product and picking up the item sent in error, at no additional cost to the Customer.
If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition and this is verified by the customer, JORDI BORDAS will pick up the damaged product and replace it with one in good condition at no additional charge.
Returns can also be made by dropping off the products in their original condition at our office.

B·Pro is a database software program developed by an external vendor and marketed in Spain by JORDI BORDAS, which is primarily used to manage ingredients and recipes.
The purchase includes a valid license for one computer, remote installation service, a user manual, reinstallation in case of failure, and a database of basic recipes and standard ingredients. Each license is for use by one (1) person only and may not be shared.
If desired, the recipe balancing module can be purchased separately.
6.2. Price
The price of the software, additional modules, and a breakdown of taxes are listed in detail in the shopping cart and at checkout; by accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read them.
6.3. Purchasing Process

6.5. Returns
The deadline for requesting a refund is 14 calendar days from the date the software was installed. The Customer must notify us via email at info@jordibordas.com within this period of their desire to request a refund, as stipulated by the right to terminate the contract.
In order for the refund to be processed, our team will need to connect remotely to the customer's computer using specialized software (TeamViewer or AnyDesk) and uninstall the program, as this is the only way to verify that the license has been deactivated.
JORDI BORDAS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of course enrollment; however, such modifications shall in no case affect enrollments made prior to any such modifications, and the terms and conditions published on the Website at the time of the customer’s acceptance shall remain in effect.
These terms, conditions, and policies shall be governed by Spanish law.
