3.3. Hiring process
To sign up for any of the courses offered, click on the button provided for this purpose on each sales page and you will automatically be redirected to the registration form where you must provide your personal details and proceed to pay for the course using the available payment method (credit card via the Stripe gateway or bank transfer using the details provided on the final page of the payment gateway).
Once the process has been successfully completed, the system will confirm your purchase by email within 24 hours.
A few days before the start date, you will be provided with the necessary information to begin the course.
If you purchase a course with immediate access, you will be able to access the content once payment has been made and you have logged into your personal area (ACCESS button in the upper right corner of the website).
3.4. Payment methods
Courses can be paid for in full or in installments, according to the information specified on each sales page. Likewise, depending on the start date of the course, the deadlines for paying the installments will be adjusted to ensure full payment for the course.

3.6. Intellectual property
JORDI BORDAS is the legitimate owner of all intellectual property rights to the courses and content offered (including, but not limited to: images, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, applications necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.).
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, including making available, and transformation of all or part of the courses and/or content, in any medium and by any technical means, as well as any form of exploitation thereof, is expressly prohibited without the express written authorization of JORDI BORDAS.
It is also expressly prohibited to delete, alter, circumvent, or manipulate any protection device or security system installed on the JORDI BORDAS website.
For greater clarity, it is understood that practices such as reselling courses or contracting a course for one person and providing access to third parties are expressly prohibited and will be grounds for termination of the license agreement for use of the Content, without the right to a refund of the amounts paid and without prejudice to JORDI BORDAS's right to take appropriate legal action in defense of its legitimate interests.
It should be noted that violation of the aforementioned prohibitions may even constitute a crime against intellectual property as defined in Article 270 of the Criminal Code, which carries penalties including imprisonment.
3.7. License of use
Enrolling in any of the courses grants you a non-exclusive, temporary, individual, personal, and non-transferable license in exchange for a specific price that is publicly displayed on the Website.
As many user licenses as there are users who will access the course must be purchased.
JORDI BORDAS reserves the right to revoke access to the service, without refunding any amounts paid, in the event of providing access to third parties other than the contracting party, without prejudice to JORDI BORDAS's right to claim compensation for damages.
It is therefore expressly prohibited to use the courses for any purpose other than your own training, and you are solely responsible for any inappropriate or illegal use you make of them.
3.8. Liability
JORDI BORDAS cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in accessing the Website or its Content. However, it is firmly committed to taking all necessary steps to restore or repair any such incidents as soon as it becomes aware of them, unless there are reasons that make this impossible or difficult to do so.
It is expressly stated that the Contents are advice, recommendations, or suggestions from professionals and/or users based on their own experience, and under no circumstances is a specific result guaranteed from the implementation of the methods contained in the courses offered.
3.9. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is the power granted by consumer and user protection regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the Consolidated Text of the Consumer and User Protection Law -TRLDCYU) to cancel a contract entered into remotely within 14 days of the date of conclusion without having to give any explanation and with the right to a refund of the amounts paid.

Without prejudice to the loss of the right of withdrawal as provided above, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the date of contracting the service in question.

The Customer shall be responsible for delivering the goods and shall bear the shipping costs for the return. Unwanted products that the Customer wishes to return must be sent to JORDI BORDAS unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered, with the original packaging and/or seal, as well as all accessories or promotional gifts included. Once received, they will be inspected. If the returned goods have not been devalued, a full refund for the returned goods will be processed.
If the Customer receives a product different from the one ordered due to an error by JORDI BORDAS, we are committed to delivering the correct product and collecting the one sent in error, at no additional cost to the Customer.
In the event that the product arrives damaged or in poor condition and this is confirmed by the customer, JORDI BORDAS will collect the damaged product and replace it with another in good condition, at no additional cost.
Returns can also be made by delivering the products in their original condition to our office.

B·Pro is database software developed externally and marketed in Spain by JORDI BORDAS, which is mainly used to manage ingredients and recipes.
The purchase includes a valid license for one computer, remote installation service, user manual, reinstallation in case of malfunction, and a database with basic recipes and standard ingredients. Each license must be used by one (1) person only and cannot be shared.
If desired, the recipe balancing module can be purchased separately.
6.2. Price
The price of the software, additional modules, and tax breakdown are detailed in the shopping cart and at checkout, which, by accepting these terms and conditions, you declare to have read.
6.3. Purchase process

6.5. Returns
The deadline for making a return is 14 calendar days from the date of installation of the software. The Customer must notify us of their wish to make a return within this period by emailing info@jordibordas.com, as stipulated in the right to terminate the contract.
For the refund to be effective, our team must connect to the customer's computer remotely using specific software (Teamviewer or Anydesk) and uninstall the program, as this is the only way to verify that the license has been deactivated.
JORDI BORDAS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the courses, without these modifications affecting any contracts entered into prior to any such modifications, respecting the terms and conditions published on the Website at the time of acceptance by the customer.
These terms, conditions, and policies shall be governed by Spanish law.
