THREE WAYS TO KEEP ON LEARNING

Pastry School in Barcelona (Viladecans)

In 2015 we fulfilled one of our greatest dreams and opened our pastry school in Viladecans. A space in which we have been able to teach and transmit knowledge to over 1000 students.

We take great pleasure in interacting with our customers, thus, receiving students from all over the world is something that has thrilled us from day one. In the past years, we have taught more than 100 trainings about B·Concept method and in more than 8 languages. Each has been special and unique.

We continue working hard to offer you the highest-quality education in our facilities and make your training experience truly extraordinary. Come meet us! We will soon open new on-site editions!

Online pastry school

2020 was a challenging year, in which we had to reinvent ourselves. Thanks to our continuous desire to improve and our eagerness to share everything we know with the world; we managed to gather and expand our knowledge and bring it to your computer screen.

Pastry Innovation Center

Ever since the beginning of our project, we have dreamed of having a place where we can investigate new concepts and experiment with ingredients and textures. In 2020 this dream came true as we celebrated the inauguration of our “Pastry Innovation Center”; a space for us to continuously work and grow as a R&D&i team.

Here, any idea that comes to mind can be brought to life through the B·Concept method.
