15. Lime, lemon and pistachio tartlet

A tartlet in which we work with pistachio and two citrus fruits: lime and lemon. A perfect balance between the creaminess of the pistachio and the acidity of the citrus. On a pistachio sablé, we find a pistachio milkshake, a lime and lemon cream and a meringue. We finish with a decoration of lime and lemon zest and pistachio pieces.
