4. Cheesecake

A super light, refreshing and delicious cheesecake, made with a touch of Mediterranean flavor, to honor our home. A perfect balance between the dairy flavor, the refreshing berries and lime, and the surprising basil flavor.
It is composed of a crunchy, a dacquoise, a berry compote, a basil creamy, a cream cheese mousse, and a white velvet finish to give it a fresh and elegant touch.
