5. Hazelnut Tiramisu

Our Hazelnut Tiramisu is an entremets in which we wanted to revisit the typical Italian tiramisu while making new flavor pairings for it to be a lighter and tastier dessert. We have worked with the flavors of mascarpone, egg yolk, caramelized hazelnut, cocoa and coffee. As for the shape, we have created a rounded presentation that makes each portion contain all the notes and nuances of flavor.
