Introduction to the course

Having already explained the three fundamental pillars of our pastry philosophy, we now want you to think about the pastry that you want to create. The B·Concept method will allow you to create any type of pastry that you wish, since you’ll understand in depth both the pastry ingredients and techniques, and you’ll be able to formulate any type of recipe following our step-by-step method.
