Maní Passion Cake

The Maní Passion Cake is an elaboration in which we used 4 different types of fiber: inulin, oligofructose, corn fiber, and pectin NH.
It is composed of a peanut cake with lime zest, which gives it a citrus and refreshing touch; a passion fruit gelée; a candied peanuts covering, and to finish, a peanut and vegan milk chocolate coating.
