Panettone with orange peel and raisins
We make all our Panettone with French butter, sugar, organic coconut sugar, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
In the Candied Fruit Panettone we use sultana raisins and oranges from Castellón. The orange peel is candied using cane sugar, which gives this panettone its pleasant acidic, citrus aroma. For the topping we use delicious almonds from Lérida.
To make our Panettones, we follow a completely artisan process, starting with different fermentations in order to develop their flavor and aroma. We then bake them in our ovens that are over 50 years old.
