Allulose ia not alowed in Brazil yet. Can I replace it with polidextrose + stevia?
You can substitute it with oligofructose, we haven’t tested it with polydextrose, so we wouldn’t know how it works.
Have you heard about isomalto oligossacarídeo de tapioca? What are tour thoughts about it?
At the moment we haven’t heard of this ingredient, if we use it in the future we will let you know our opinion.
