Hope you are well. Ted Swardh (Vancouver Canada). The “Flor de Cacao Tart” recipe creates an almond and cocoa sablee. If I wanted to create an almond only sablee, would I eliminate the cocoa powder only from the original recipe, or would I need to replace the cocoa powder with another ingredient?
