Hi Chef,

May i know the mention Ventilated Oven temperature mention 200’c, is tempeature setting at 200’c (If set temperature with fan on will result higher temperature) or the mention 200’c is the inner oven chamber temperature (meaning with the fan on, i will need to reduce the temperature setting like 170’c)?
