This temperature refers to the internal temperature of the oven. Even if the fan is turned on, the temperature will remain the same.
Please note that the temperatures we provide are recommendations. If your oven is more powerful, you may need to reduce the temperature to 180 °C. For this reason, it is very important to monitor both the cooking time and the oven temperature during your first test.
If you notice that the recipe is cooking too quickly or is overcooking, you can either lower the oven temperature or reduce the cooking time accordingly.
