Panettone with 70% dark chocolate
We make all our Panettone using French butter, sugar, organic coconut sugar, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of extra-virgin olive oil.
For this chocolate variety, we use 70% dark chocolate from Ghana that is fair-trade and certified. We top it with delicious hazelnuts from Reus.
To make our Panettones, we follow a completely artisan process, starting with different fermentations in order to develop their flavor and aroma. We then bake them in our ovens that are over 50 years old.
