Panettone with dark chocolate 70
We make all our Panettone with French butter, sugar, organic coconut sugar, Madagascar vanilla and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
For the chocolate variety we use 70% black chocolate couverture, fair trade and of certified Ghanaian origin. We cover it with delicious hazelnuts from Reus.
To make our Panettones, we follow a completely artisan process, starting with different fermentations in order to develop their flavor and aroma. We then bake them in our ovens that are over 50 years old.
