We present the lesson on doughnuts, and we make 6 different vegan doughnut recipes, made by following different cooking processes (fried and baked doughnuts), and some of them are made with a fermented dough and the others are gluten free. We present different flavors and finishing touches: baked pumpkin doughnuts with coconut and chai creamy, baked banana doughnuts with chocolate and coffee creamy, lemon glaze and raspberry glaze doughnuts, cinnamon and coconut sugar doughnuts, chocolate doughnuts, and apple and cinnamon berliners.
