Hi,

I have checked with all my suppliers (even the big ones who usually find me everything I need) and we just can´t find any source of allulose in Europe. In the reading materials, it´s written that this ingredient hasn´t been approved by EFSA yet, so I guess that might be a problem. Without this item, most of the recipes from this class can´t be made. So could I please ask you what brand you are using so I can try to get it? I don´t mind buying larger quantities.

My second question – for powdered oligofructose I found only one supplier – Sosa. Any chance you would recommend a different one?
