You can try substituting integral rice flour, with another type of flour that has a lower % of carbohydrates, or work in synergy with another type of flour, for example put a part of integral rice flour and a part of low carbohydrate flour.
whole grain oat flour contains a lower % of carbohydrates than rice flour.
you also need to consider whether it is necessary to adjust the water in the recipe when choosing the most suitable flour to adapt the recipe to your needs as some flours have a higher water uptake.
