Hi,

I have just talked to my supplier and it looks like there is an issue with using Stevia in baked products? I was informed, that in EU it´s forbidden… I just did a quick search and found Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/1156 of 13 July 2021, where it´s specified that the only product in which stevia can be used is wafer paper. Any chance you have some information about this?
