We are presenting our Diví chocolate collection at the Barcelona Food Fair

Last Monday, April 5, we unveiled our Diví chocolate collection at the Alimentaria Food Fair in Barcelona. The range includes five varieties developed in collaboration with psychoneuroimmunologist Xevi Verdaguer, backed by the quality assurance of Xocolate Jolonch and Torrons Viçens.

We are very grateful to all the media outlets, journalists, and people who joined us this morning. We’ve long wanted to develop a product that guarantees the nutritional quality, flavor, and texture of good chocolate—and we’ve done it!

di&vi was born from sensitivity and love for food and the concerns we have had throughout our career in the field of nutrition, wellbeing and emotions.

The collection features a variety of textures, flavors, and intensities of cocoa, as well as different nutritional properties depending on the selection of ingredients. That’s why we’ve created two varieties: Chocoemotion and Chocobalance! 🍫

What do all these chocolates have in common? They are made with organic ingredients such as cocoa and coconut sugar, grown according to strict quality and sustainability standards.

In addition, they contain various probiotics and are high in soluble fiber, making them an ideal addition to a high-fiber diet.

CHOCOEMOTION

Goodbye stress, hello good vibes! The probiotics Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus offer mood-boosting benefits, as scientifically proven by the food company ADM.

Chocoemotion comes in four varieties with different cocoa contents. First, there are the 42% and 47% varieties, which are reminiscent of milk chocolate but are 100% vegan 💚 because we’ve used organic coconut milk, which adds creaminess and subtle coconut notes.

On the other hand, we have the 52% and 65% varieties, which have a richer cocoa flavor and are perfect for true chocolate lovers.

CHOCOBALANCE

Chocolate that helps with weight management? Say no more! Chocobalance is a unique chocolate bar made with 70% cocoa. The probiotic it contains, called Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, helps with weight management, reduces visceral fat, and lowers BMI, according to ADM.
