To give our Panettones just the right level of sweetness we use certified coconut sugar and panela.
We manually scrape the vanilla seeds from the beans, one by one, in order to bring this magical aroma to our Panettone dough.
All our Panettones are made with French butter, ecological coconut sugar, panela, vanilla from Madagascar and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. To make our Panettones, we follow a completely artisan process, starting with different fermentations in order to develop their flavor and aroma. We then bake them in our ovens that are over 50 years old.
