Welcome Letter
We are launching our new blog to share with you our day to day activities.
A year ago, around this time, we inaugurated our training room. It was a step, a small, big step, to bring our vision of pastry to all of you who want to share it. But some of you are far away and for that reason we want to reach you.
Today we inaugurate this blog, a space where we also want to share with you everything we do, what happens to us and what inspires us. Here you will find information about our classroom, our proposals, our products, our day to day, we want to make this space a dynamic place to make available to everyone everything that crosses our minds.
It is our way of thanking each and every one of you for the interest in what we do, the affection you show us, the desire to learn together and to spread, to discuss and to make great this profession of ours: pastry.
