Welcome Letter
We're launching a new blog to share our day-to-day lives with you
About a year ago, around this time, we opened our training classroom. It was a step—a small but significant one—toward bringing our vision of pastry all of you who want to share in it. But some of you live far away, and that doesn’t mean we want to stop reaching out to you.
Today we’re launching this blog, a space where we also want to share with you everything we do, what’s going on with us, and what inspires us. Here you’ll find information about our classroom, our projects, our products, and our day-to-day life. We want to make this a dynamic space where we can share everything that’s on our minds with everyone.
This is our way of thanking each and every one of you for your interest in what we do, the affection you show us, and your enthusiasm for learning together, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas, and making our profession— pastry—great.
