Welcome letter

We are launching a blog to share our day-to-day activities with you.

A year ago, around this time, we opened our training classroom. It was a step, a small but significant step, toward bringing our vision of pastry all of you who want to share it. But some of you are far away, and that doesn't mean we want to stop reaching out to you.

Today we are launching this blog, a space where we want to share with you everything we do, what happens to us, and what inspires us. Here you will find information about our classroom, our proposals, our products, and our day-to-day activities. We want to make this a dynamic space where we can share everything that crosses our minds with everyone.

It is our way of thanking each and every one of you for your interest in what we do, the affection you show us, the desire to learn together and to spread the word, to discuss and to make our profession— pastry—great.
