Madeleine XL au thé matcha et yuzu

In this individual we work mainly with matcha tea, an ingredient that teleports us to Japan and we love it. We have combined it with a citrus fruit such as yuzu, which brings acidic and refreshing notes to the preparation. It is composed of a financier and a matcha tea cream, a yuzu mousse, a matcha bath, and a fine layer of tea sprinkles that cover the individual in a subtle and elegant way.
