What is the course about? 
In this course, we will learn recipes and techniques to make classic turrons, which are typical at Christmas in Spain. Creme Brulee, chocolate and nuts will be the protagonists of this after dinner sweet.

What will we do? 
Creme Brulee, praliné and chocolate truffle.

How will we do it?
This course is mainly practical, in which the participants will make the recipes in groups. Our courses are limited to a maximum of 8 participants.

What is included?
Recipe booklet and signed certificate. The participants will take home all creations made on the course.

What should I bring?
Comfortable working clothes. We will provide you with an apron to wear during the course.
