What is the course about?
This Easter patisserie course is for those who want to learn the typical Easter treats, the Sara cake and the Easter egg. It is a course designed for those who want to make these creations with natural ingredients, in an original and different way.

What will you learn?
How to make the two vital Easter products:

  1. Gluten free Sara cake with butter cream and vanilla.
  2. Easter chocolate egg.

Main objective: Learn how to make the Sara cake and chocolate egg using natural ingredients.

How will we do it?
This course is mainly practical, in which the participants will make the recipes in groups. Our courses are limited to a maximum of 9 participants.

What is included?
Recipe booklet and signed certificate. The participants will take home all creations made on the course.

What should I bring?
Comfortable working clothes. We will provide you with an apron to wear during the course.

Where is the school?
Our school is located at Carretera de Barcelona nº12, Viladecans (Barcelona).
